At CavelleCase, we offer a 90-day return window. This means you may request a return within 90 days from the date your order was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided the return meets the conditions listed below.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.

If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost after review and approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you with the next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Returns are typically inspected within 5–7 business days after receipt.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 90 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact us at support@cavellecase.com with your order number and exchange request.

If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and arranging the replacement item. Exchange availability may depend on product availability.
